Setup Account and Workspace
Setup a workspace for your first project. You can find a short video tutorial on how to create your user account and how to set up your first workspace (URL)
Create AccountAcquire Hardware (optional)
We recommend 10" Android or Apple tablets to use the Mobile Field App. You can purchase one from any reputable electronics retailer. A Mobile Field Printer is not required, although we highly recommend it as you will save considerable time with one. Our custom polyvinyl sample bottle labels are provided at no extra cost to paid users. Users using our no cost products can receive sample bottle labels for a small fee.
Start a New Project
Enter the basic site information (name of the project, address, etc..) about the project.
Add Users
The level at which you invite somebody, either the workspace level or the project level is important.If you invite a new user at the project level, while you're in that particular project, they will only be invited to that one project. If you invite them at the higher workspace level, they will be invited to all of the projects within that particular workspace.
